JAN JANSEN
Founder & Senior Leader
Jan Jansen, is a Founder of Global Fire Ministries and Senior Leader of The Fire Church located in Murfreesboro Tennessee. As a body, we want to see the Murfreesboro / Nashville area and 10 state region and beyond impacted by establishing the Kingdom of God on the earth.

Jan’s desire is to see people walk in their full destiny by intimately knowing the Person of the Holy Spirit. Jan is a true dreamer and Seer. Through the years of journaling and inquiring of the Lord, Jan’s ability to understand visions and dreams has grown and matured and has been tested and proven to be highly accurate and credible. Angels surround her ministry and are often in operation as she ministers at various conferences and meetings. Jan moves with great compassion toward those who have been tormented and afflicted by the devil. Healings and deliverances often take place as she prays over those whose bodies have been ravaged by affliction, sickness, and disease.
Jan also has been highly impacted by the Spirit of Adoption (Romans 8:15), as the Lord directed her to adopt three children. She loves to minister the true meaning of adoption to others and many have also adopted as a result. Her heart is to live out James 1:27 and bring others to a deeper understanding of God's Father Heart.
VISION
Global Fire Ministries is a ministry that exists to resurrect, revive, restore, and reveal the glory of God in genuine biblical Christianity as demonstrated in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our burning desire is to see whole churches, cities, regions, and nations completely transformed by the power of God and ignited with the fire of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that we are to carry the Kingdom of God as ambassador representatives. Jesus displayed this as the first of a new breed of man, a Spirit-filled man, and role-modeled what we were to do as Spirit-filled sons and daughters of the Kingdom. The desire of God is to have a people who will rightly display His glory and the power of the Kingdom. Our desire is the same.
Our mission is to teach, train and equip the believing body of Christ how to live and move in the supernatural by emphasizing communion and intimacy with the Holy Spirit as completely essential for transformation. GFM accomplishes this by hosting conferences and events. The impartation received is literally spiritual "food" for our church, our region, and taken back to other churches, cities, regions and even the nations.
We have a genuine desire to do James 1:27; "to visit, help and care for the orphans and widows" in America and foreign nations where we have a genuine opportunity to bless in love. We believe by sowing into orphans and children, we are sowing into a Kingdom Inheritance. Matthew 19:13,14: "Then children were brought to Jesus so that He might place His hands on them (for a blessing) and pray but the disciples reprimanded them. v.14- He said, "Leave the children alone, and do not forbid them from doing to Me; for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these".
BELIEFS
We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be the Word of God, fully inspired and without error. We hold the Bible to be the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. It is our source of revelation of God, the knowledge of salvation, the origin of all things and of the hereafter. (Tim 3:16-17; 1 Peter 1:21; Hebrews 4:12)
We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, His death on behalf of lost humanity, His burial, His bodily resurrection, His ascension on high, His High-Priestly ministry in the heavenlies, and His physical return to the earth to receive His righteous inheritance both living and dead, and to execute judgment upon the wicked.
We believe that salvation is in and through the Lord Jesus Christ only. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ to be God, manifest in the flesh as the very Son of God, "Completely God and Completely man", and Creator of all things with the Father, and the appointed Judge of all men. (Colossians 1:12-19; Acts 17:31)
We believe there is one living and true God (Father, Son, Holy Spirit), infinitely perfect and eternal in existence and equal in Glory, Majesty, and Power.
We believe in the baptism and indwelling of the Holy Spirit with the Biblical evidence of speaking with other tongues, with the enduement of power to witness, with the accompanying gifts, graces, and fruit of the Spirit. (Acts 1:8; Acts 10:44-46; 19:1-6; 1 Corinthians 12:5-11; Galatians 5:24; Romans 5:5)
We acknowledge the blessed Holy Spirit as Comforter, the divine Agency of regeneration, the Revealer of Christ and His work on the cross, and the Distributor of gifts and graces upon the Church.
We believe that divine healing is part of the great gift of salvation and is still in operation today. (Mark 16:17-18; 1 Corinthians 2:9-10; 1 Peter 2:24; James 5:13-16).
